Windy Keefe

COACH

Windy tried Crossfit in 2012 for a team building event and immediately fell in love with it. She’s always done aerobics classes here and there, but struggled with being overall healthy. After loving the results she was seeing because of Crossfit, she wanted to find out what else her body could do. She completely changed her nutrition, did extra workout homework, and went to every possible Crossfit event she could attend and is now stronger and fitter in her late 40’s than she’s ever been and continues to work on getting better. After taking her Level 1 and going through the Benicia Crossfit coaching program, she looks forward to helping others live a healthier lifestyle.
