We’ve coached tens of thousands of classes and understand what works and what doesn’t. And, we also know that some people don’t want to or are unable to lift heavy weights or hang from pull-up bars. So we created BeniciaFIT!.
If you’ve taken long “cardio” or spin classes, but don’t enjoy the long grind, then you’ll love BeniciaFIT! FIT! utilizes our proven method of combining constantly varied, functional movements, with strategic rest intervals in order create an incredibly effective workout without the grind.
In our BeniciaFIT! class you’ll also spend time working on mobility and flexibility movements, coupled with core strength exercises. And, our experienced coaches will tailor each workout to you, your age, and your specific abilities.
